    Hello sir/mam Good day.
I’m currently working in United Arab Emirates Dubai. I want to enquire about the recovery of files on a wd helium drive 18tb since there is no Lab here in dubai who currently recover files from that said model.
I was wondering if you could help me recover my files. Thank you in advance.

Does your product support Helium drives such as HGST UltrastarHe12?

    Hello,

    I saw this article:
    https://www.dolphindatalab.com/recover-lost-data-from-wd-hitachi-helium-hard-drives-with-unc-common-firmware-failure/

We have a clients WD100EFAX HDD that powers up, gets detected but all sectors have UNC/read errors.

We do not have DFL tools, are we able to purchase this tool and try it out as a trial for 1 month, if we find it useful for us – we would like to buy this. Is this something you would do for us?

    Hello Dolphin-Team,

Can you give me a quotation for the firmware-fix on those helium drives. I have one that spins fine but gives no UA access.

Can you also tell me how this fix and how would it work? Do you have a tool for it or do I have to use me DDP?

    Thank you,

    Kind regards,

    Hello
    WD102KRYZ Enterprise Gold 10 TB.
After turning PC on side when it was on, PC case got a slight hit, the HDD produced chirping sounds. Since then, on startup, HDD produces chirping sounds for about 20 seconds, then stops. Partition software and Disk Management cannot initialize, display I/O error. Shows no partitions.
HDD Image and Video of the sounds included here.
HDD is unopened. I have about 1-2 TB of data on it.
Can you do data recovery on this HDD?
    Thanks

    Hello Sir,

Now I have some WD101EFBX-68B0AN0 (not a Helium drive) in and one gives UNC + ERR but no ABR. This should be the problem you are able to fix with this solution, right? Drive sounds normal. If the solution can fix the drive in my case I would like to order it (599 USD).

Please let me know how to do it.

    Thank you!

    Kind regards,
